Keystone Custom Homes offers quick-move-in options for homebuyers who don’t have the time or the desire to start from scratch.
Keystone Custom Homes offers 18 different floor plans and more than 1,500 optional features to personalize your new home in Sweetbriar Creek, a community of single-family homes conveniently located minutes from Manheim and a short drive from Lancaster.
But for those who don’t want to make all those choices or who simply don’t have time to wait for a new home to be built, Keystone offers something else: The chance to move into a brand new, beautifully designed home in 30 days.
“It’s a great way to start your summer,” says Emily Mace, marketing coordinator for Keystone Custom Homes.
Available in many of its communities, Keystone’s quick move-in homes showcase many of its most popular design trends and reflect a variety of floor plans, styles and price points.
And all are ready and waiting to welcome a new owner.
Keystone currently has 20 quick move-in homes available in five counties, including a Parker Heritage at 6145 Bayberry Ave. in Sweetbriar Creek, where new home prices start in the $220s.
One of Keystone’s most popular floor plans, the Parker includes 2,773 square feet of living space. The four-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home features hardwood flooring on the first floor, along with a private study, formal dining room, family room with gas fireplace, and a spacious kitchen with 8-foot island and walk-in pantry.
The second-floor owner’s suite boasts a cathedral ceiling, Venetian bath with soaking tub and tile shower and two walk-in closets. The remaining three bedrooms each feature walk-in closets. The second floor also includes an additional bath and a laundry.
The two-car garage includes a storage area, and the full basement has 9-foot ceilings.
Priced at $319,912, the Parker Heritage, like Keystone’s other quick move-in homes, offers new homebuyers thousands in savings, along with the opportunity to kick off your summer in a brand new home in Sweetbriar Creek.
“If you’re looking for a real family-oriented community to live in, then Sweetbriar Creek is where you want to be,” Mace says.
More than simply a place to own a new home, Sweetbriar Creek offers many other amenities.
Surrounded by scenic farmland, the neighborhood itself includes 30 acres of green space, featuring soccer and baseball fields, basketball and beach volleyball courts, a playground, tot lot and pavilion with public restrooms.
Walking and jogging trails and a natural wooded preserve offer additional recreation opportunities.
Established in 2005, the 194-home Sweetbriar Creek neighborhood is now in its final phase. Sixteen of 22 homesites in the first portion of the final phase have been sold. The second part of the final phase, opening soon, will have 25 new homesites for buyers who want to design a home uniquely their own.
For inspiration, potential homebuyers can tour the model home, a Windsor Heritage with a Craftsman-style exterior that has become very popular with Keystone’s homebuyers.
The home includes the classic kitchen package, featuring a 5-foot island, pantry, breakfast nook and maple staggered cabinets. Additionally, the kitchen is equipped with optional pendant lighting over the island, Corian countertops and black appliances. The kitchen opens into a cozy family room with gas fireplace. Wood-burning fireplaces also are available.
The first floor also includes a formal dining room with natural hardwood flooring, a study with French doors and a powder room.
The second-floor owner’s suite has a spacious bedroom with Venetian bath and a walk-in closet. The second floor also includes three additional bedrooms, a main bath with dual vanity and laundry.
All homes in Sweetbriar Creek are eligible for USDA loan financing with 100 percent financing or zero down payment. The homeowner’s association fee is $10 per month.
Those choosing to build in Sweetbriar Creek can take advantage of two additional money-saving offers: A Sweet 16 discount, offering 16 percent off the cost of a new home, and the His or Hers promotion, in which the first two buyers in the community can choose between a Venetian bath and classic kitchen upgrade for her or a finished basement for him. But hurry, this offer ends April 14, 2015.
