Stonehenge Reserve offers peace, quiet and convenience

Keystone Custom Homes has 10 home sites left in Manheim Township neighborhood

Stonehenge Reserve is the perfect location for those who want to be close to many of Lancaster County’s best amenities without feeling like part of the hustle and bustle.
A peaceful, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and streetlamps, Stonehenge Reserve is “convenient to all local amenities,” says Bill Weeber, new home advisor for Keystone Custom Homes.
Located on the west side of Fruitville Pike in Manheim Township, Stonehenge Reserve is just minutes from the shops and restaurants at Richmond Square and Overlook Town Center and a short drive from downtown Lancaster and Lititz.
Keystone has only 10 home sites remaining in the community’s third phase, now under construction. Prices start in the low $300s.
Keystone offers 15 floor plans in Stonehenge Reserve. The Ethan, Keystone’s most popular floor plan, is also the design for the model home, a 2014 Parade of Homes winner at 616 Warminster Lane.
Designed in the English Cottage elevation, the model showcases many of Keystone’s most impressive design features and offers the perfect way for potential buyers to explore all the possibilities of building a Keystone Custom Home.
The Ethan model has walk-in closets in every bedroom and two in the owner’s suite, as well as options like an oversized walk-in pantry perfect for every homebuyer’s culinary storage.
The Ethan’s upgraded gourmet kitchen includes a stainless steel built-in wall oven and microwave combo, 10-foot island, granite countertops and floor-to-ceiling pantry cabinets.
The adjacent family room showcases additional design features, including a Rutherford stone fireplace and coffered ceilings. A tray ceiling and crown molding add a touch of elegance to the formal dining room, and floor-to-ceiling bookshelves highlight the first-floor study.
The Ethan’s first floor also includes a powder room and mudroom with optional bench and storage hooks, offering the perfect drop zone for a busy family.
Upstairs, double doors open to a massive owner’s suite that leads, by way of French doors, to a Venetian bath complete with soaking tub, dual vanities and a separate shower with body spray system. His-and-hers walk-in closets include built-in organizational shelving and shoe racks.
The second floor includes three additional bedrooms, a hall bath with dual vanities and a laundry with added cabinetry.
The Ethan is available in five elevations.
And now, adding some of those design options showcased in the model just got a lot more affordable. Keystone’s newest promotion, Dream Dollars, allows new homebuyers to select $20,000 in options of their choice, in addition to receiving $5,000 toward closing costs.
For buyers looking for a quick move-in option, a four-bedroom Augusta Heritage with a first-floor owner’s suite and 2,800 square feet of living space is currently available in Stonehenge Reserve. It is priced at $399,912.
Stonehenge Reserve is located in the Manheim Township School District. Model home hours are 1 to 6 p.m. Monday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday and noon to 6 p.m. Sunday.
