The quaint cul-de-sac neighborhood of 11 homes by Garman Builders sits just off Akron Road in Ephrata Township.

For homebuyers who want to build from scratch, two lots and many options remain. Garman offers 22 floor plans to choose from on Copperwood Lane, ranging in size from 1,368 square feet to 2,986 square feet. The plans include four ranch-style homes and three with first-floor owner’s suites.
Copperwood Lane is located in the Ephrata School District. The community has public sewer and water.

Directions from Lancaster: Take Route 222 North to Route 272 North toward Ephrata. Turn right on Parkview Heights Road, left on Akron Road, then left onto Copperwood Lane.
