Holly Tree community in Penn Township offers affordable two- and three-bedroom floor plans, convenient location and plenty of amenities
Spacious, upscale apartments in a rural setting aren’t easy to come by in Lancaster County, but Holly Tree Luxury Apartment Living in Penn Township is now making it easier.
Located off Holly Tree Road, just minutes from Lititz and Manheim, the community constructed by Landmark Builders and professionally managed by Wolf and Kline Property Management will feature a total of 180 two- and three-bedroom apartments when complete.
Two buildings, each with 20 units, are already fully occupied. And the first 10 units in the third building, at 100 Houck Drive, will be available Jan. 11, says leasing coordinator Janelle Harry with Wolf and Kline.
A fourth building is under construction.
Each building includes eight apartments on the first and second floors and four apartments on the third, or Penthouse floor, which offers the most expansive views of surrounding farmland.
Holly Tree’s five floor plans offer a variety of living options to suit your needs.
For those who don’t want to sacrifice living space, the Lily and Daisy, at 1,355 square feet and 1,429 square feet respectively, are the perfect fit. Both offer three bedrooms and an open floor plan in the main living area that includes an oversized kitchen island great for entertaining.
Three additional two-bedroom floor plans — the Sassafras, Magnolia and Azalea — range in size from 1,068 square feet to 1,201 square feet.
With monthly fees starting at just under $1,000 a month, Holly Tree aims to make luxury affordable.
And with a host of features and amenities, they aim to make apartment living beautiful and practical as well, both inside and out.
All apartments feature an open floor plan; a master bedroom with private bath and walk-in closet; granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and pendant lighting in the kitchen; a laundry with full-size washer and dryer and extra storage space; and a private covered porch or balcony.
Electronic lock access, 9-foot ceilings and noise-reducing construction are also standard.
Among the existing or planned community features are courtyards with grilling stations, a walking path offering access to Penn Township Community Park, a pond and a state-of-the-art clubhouse/fitness center open 24 hours, seven days a week — all in a scenic setting between Route 72 and Fruitville Pike.
The fitness center is scheduled for completion some time in 2016, Harry says.
Monthly fees range from $995 to $1,285. Up to two pets are welcome with restrictions and require an additional monthly fee. Water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal are included.
A security deposit of one month’s rent is required for a 12-month lease.
