Keystone’s newest floor plan is a dream home for your dream location.
During its debut weekend on this year’s Parade of Homes tour, the new Lexington Heritage by Keystone Custom Homes had more than 1,000 visitors walk through its doors.
It’s no surprise the five-bedroom home in East Hempfield Township’s Getz’s Woods is turning heads and drawing crowds.
Set on a hillside, the Lexington at 926 Highmeadow Court offers three stories of living area, including 3,910 square feet above grade and an additional 1,685 square feet in the finished basement. Ten-foot ceilings make it feel even larger.
From its natural stone-and-stucco exterior and steep roof lines to its 70-foot deck and stamped concrete patio, Keystone’s newest floor plan is designed to make a big impression.
The home is also a perfect complement to Keystone’s On Your Lot program, which allows homebuyers to build a Keystone Custom Home on land they already own or on land Keystone will help them find.
With its sprawling layout, the Lexington is suited to some, but not all, of Keystone’s existing new-home communities, making it a perfect choice for Keystone’s On Your Lot program.
The Lexington Parade home is clearly built for entertaining and embracing its wooded surroundings.
With its open floor plan, the kitchen blends seamlessly into the dining area, with built-in serving nook, and the family room, which boasts a gas fireplace with stone surround.
The family room also includes a large wall of windows, perfect for viewing the woods outside.
The kitchen features Monogram appliances, including a wall oven and microwave. And behind the kitchen, a separate pantry room includes its own cabinetry, open shelves and granite countertops.
The main floor owner’s suite features built-in bookshelves, a spacious walk-in closet with built-in shelving, and a luxurious Venetian bath with soaking tub, rainfall shower and dual vanities.
From both the family room and the owner’s suite you can step out onto the wraparound Trex deck, which extends the full length of the house. The deck’s vertical-cable railing offers an unobstructed view of the flora and fauna.
The second floor includes a spacious loft area, an expansive guest room with a full bath and walk-in closet, three additional bedrooms with walk-in closets, and a shared family bath.
The Lexington also includes two laundry rooms — one on the main floor with its own walk-in closet and another on the second floor.
Perhaps as impressive as the main living area is the finished basement, which offers a two-tiered island with granite countertop and wine rack; a kitchenette with microwave, refrigerator, sink and dishwasher; and a powder room.
Two sets of sliding glass doors lead to a wraparound patio that mirrors the deck above.
The basement also includes an unfinished cigar room and theater room for future use.
The Lexington is listed at $799,912.
Whether you set your sights on the Lexington or one of Keystone’s other floor plans, the On Your Lot program can help ensure that your dream home is also in your dream location.
If you don’t already own land, Keystone will walk you through the process, from choosing an urban or rural setting and navigating zoning to selecting a home plan that is suitable for the lot and comparable in size and value to others in the area.
Once you choose the land, Keystone will do all the research and uncover any additional costs, such as tree removal and sewer and water permits, so there are no surprises once construction begins.
Keystone’s design team will also help you make modifications to personalize your floor plan.
