Few opportunities remain to live in Sweetbriar Creek

Keystone’s Manheim neighborhood to debut new model, floor plan in spring

Sweetbriar Creek offers something for everyone, with its peaceful surroundings and scenic farmland views, recreational opportunities, convenient location and strong sense of community.
The Keystone Custom Homes community between Route 72 and Fruitville Pike is just minutes from Manheim and Lititz, and an easy drive to downtown Lancaster.
But there are plenty of reasons to enjoy coming home to Sweetbriar Creek, too.
In a nod to its country setting, the community has incorporated 30 acres of green space into its design, including a natural wooded preserve and walking and jogging trails.
There are also soccer and baseball fields, basketball and beach volleyball courts, a playground, tot lot and pavilion with public restrooms — all designed to foster that sense of community.
And with annual events like a neighborhood block party, there are plenty of ways to feel connected.
“This could be your last chance to have the opportunity to live in this highly desirable neighborhood,” says Ben Rutt, director of marketing at Keystone Custom Homes.
Sweetbriar Creek has only 15 home sites remaining, some with walkout and daylight basements. The neighborhood will have a total of 194 homes when complete.
For those who want to build their own home, Keystone offers 19 three-and four-bedroom floor plans in the community, a number of them with popular first-floor owner’s suites. Each floor plan offers numerous elevations, so the home that best suits your lifestyle inside can also reflect your personal tastes outside.
Home sizes range from 1,443 to 3,624 square feet. Prices start in the mid-200s.
One way to explore all the options available in a new Keystone home is to visit the Ethan Heritage model home at Sweetbriar Creek. This stunning home features four bedrooms, two and a half baths, a finished walkout basement, and a deck with a fantastic view.
Sweetbriar Creek will have a brand new model featuring a new floor plan, the Covington Vintage, coming in the spring.
At 3,496 square feet, the new Covington Vintage at Sweetbriar Creek will feature four bedrooms and two and a half baths. The first floor will feature an inviting foyer, private study, formal dining room or flex room, kitchen with bright breakfast area and a huge walk-in pantry. A cozy family room is just past the kitchen and will provide comfort on cold days with a Kennedy gas fireplace. The Classic Kitchen will have stainless steel appliances, maple cabinets and a large island, perfect for entertaining. Off the breakfast area, there will be a spacious deck, great for relaxing after a long day.
The second floor will feature the owner’s suite with private Venetian bath package, including a walk-in tile shower, soaker tub and two vanities. Each of the three additional bedrooms will feature walk-in closets, and a laundry room will also be conveniently located on the second floor with dual access from the owner’s bath and the hallway.
The Covington is a perfect floor plan for busy families, as it is laid out for maximum functionality.
Sweetbriar Creek is in the Manheim Central School District. The model home is open noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, 1 to 6 p.m. Monday, and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday, Friday and Saturday.
Directions from Lancaster: Travel north on Fruitville Pike. Turn left on Bucknoll Road, two miles past Bent Creek Country Club. Turn right into community on Bayberry Avenue. The current model home is at 6237 Bayberry Ave.
