Landmark Homes 55-plus community hosting tour July 15
The Crossings at Sweetbriar, a 55-plus Landmark Homes community in Lebanon County, will celebrate the opening of its second phase by opening its doors to the public July 15.
Tucked in the North Lebanon Township countryside, this neighborhood of detached, single-family homes offers scenic views and a host of amenities.
The July 15 event will give visitors a chance to walk the community, meet residents and tour several quick-delivery homes. Participants will also get first pick of the Phase 2 lots released that day. Light refreshments will be provided throughout the tour.
With only five lots remaining in Phase 1, The Crossings at Sweetbriar has become a popular destination, drawing residents from far beyond the county borders with its convenient location and affordable living.
The community is just a short drive from restaurants, shopping, historic sites and the Lebanon Farmer’s Market. It also offers easy access to Hershey attractions and the recreational and cultural activities in Mount Gretna.
But there are plenty of reasons to love The Crossings at Sweetbriar all on its own, including a 3,588-square-foot clubhouse that has become a hub of community activity.
The clubhouse is at once modern and cozy, with a gathering room centered around a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a gaming area with pool table, and a wet bar and full-service kitchen for a full-range of social events.
The clubhouse also includes an activity room, large multipurpose room and a fitness room, as well as a covered porch perfect for socializing in warmer months.
The neighborhood has a natural pond, scenic green space, and numerous gazebos along a network of walking trails.
Of the nine floor plans available, eight are one-story models and one offers two-story living with a first-floor owner’s suite — giving buyers the option to have as much or as little space as they desire. All homes have a one- or two-car garage and include a custom landscaping package.
The soon-to-be released Phase 2 offers options for slab, crawl space or full basements.
Those who want to move into The Crossings at Sweetbriar sooner can choose from three quick-delivery homes currently available.
