Enjoy low-maintenance life at Home Towne Square

Landmark’s 55-plus community in Ephrata to host open house March 3

We’ve had a taste of snowy winter and balmy spring all within the past week — the perfect inspiration for a move to Home Towne Square, Landmark Homes’ 55-plus community in Ephrata.
Home Towne Square offers a low-maintenance lifestyle, so there’s no worries about clearing the remains of a sudden snowstorm — or doing yardwork when you’d rather be taking advantage of a warm spring day.
But Home Towne Square offers more than simply the perks of low maintenance living — and you can discover it all when the community hosts its Cabin Fever Reliever open house from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, March 3.
The event will include a tour of the community as well as three spec homes and the furnished model home. Hot cocoa and treats will be served.
Home Towne Square is conveniently located just west of downtown Ephrata off Route 322, making it easy to take a daytrip to New York, Philadelphia or Baltimore, or many of the attractions closer to home in Lancaster County.
There’s also plenty to enjoy without ever leaving Home Towne Square. The community offers a colorful choice of Arts and Crafts-style homes with inviting front porches and picket fences that evoke an old-fashioned charm. The picturesque streetscape includes a gazebo and a network of walking paths.
There’s also a private clubhouse, or Towne Hall, featuring fitness equipment, a library, kitchen and plenty of space for all the social activities of the neighborhood, from parties to group meetings.
Home Towne Square offers 10 one- and two-story floor plans, ranging in size from about 1,700 square feet to over 3,100 square feet. All homes feature first-floor owner’s suites. Prices start in the low $300s.
You can custom build your home, or you can take advantage of the three quick-delivery homes currently available and start enjoying that low-maintenance living sooner rather than later.
