Explore 55-plus Landmark community during Parade of Homes
The upcoming Parade of Homes tour offers the perfect opportunity to discover the Crossings at Sweetbriar, a 55-plus community by Landmark Homes in Lebanon County.
Tucked in the North Lebanon Township countryside, this neighborhood of detached, single-family homes offers scenic views and a host of amenities.
And just in time for the Parade, the community will debut the Northfield, a brand-new furnished model and floor plan.
The home, at 907 Briar Rose Ave., Lebanon, offers custom finishes throughout, featuring a vaulted family room and kitchen ceiling, custom trim and molding, spa-like owner’s bath and a beautiful screened-in porch.
Like all the homes at the Crossings at Sweetbriar, the Northfield is nestled on a scenic lot in this peaceful neighborhood that also boasts a natural pond, scenic green space and numerous gazebos along a network of walking trails.
The Crossings at Sweetbriar also includes a 3,588-square-foot clubhouse that has become a hub of community activity. The clubhouse is at once modern and cozy, with a gathering room centered around a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a gaming area with pool table, and a wet bar and full-service kitchen for a full-range of social events.
The clubhouse also includes an activity room, large multipurpose room and a fitness room, as well as a covered porch perfect for socializing in warmer months.
Plans for a pool are underway, with a targeted opening of summer 2019.
The community has public utilities and gas heat.
Beyond its homes and amenities, the Crossings at Sweetbriar has become a popular destination, drawing residents from far beyond the county borders, thanks to its convenient location and affordable living.
The community is just a short drive from restaurants, shopping, historic sites and the Lebanon Farmer’s Market. It also offers easy access to Hershey attractions and the recreational and cultural activities in Mount Gretna.
The neighborhood currently has eight one-story floor plans and a two-story plan with first-floor owner’s suite. All homes have a two-car garage and include a custom landscaping package.
Phase II of the community is progressing quickly, with the final lots recently released and ready for reservation.
For those who wish to move-in sooner, two quick-delivery homes are available: a one-story Madison with three bedrooms and two baths and a one-story Blakely with two bedrooms and two baths.
Visitors can explore the new model and the community during the Parade of Homes, which runs June 16-24. Hours are 5 to 8 p.m. weekdays and noon to 6 p.m. weekends.
The community sales office is regularly open 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, noon to 5 p.m. Wednesday, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday.
The Crossings at Sweetbriar is located in the Cornwall-Lebanon School District.
