Conoy Crossing offers prime Elizabethtown location

6 move-in-ready homes, additional lots available in townhome community

When it comes to buying a new home, location is key. And when it comes to location, Conoy Crossing has it all — whether you’ve got places to go or you want to stick closer to home.
The upscale townhome community in Elizabethtown Borough is within three blocks of the Amtrak train station for commuters to Harrisburg and Philadelphia, and an easy drive to both Lancaster and Hershey. It’s also minutes from Elizabethtown College and its free cultural events.
But there’s plenty to love about Conoy Crossing itself, says listing agent John Smith of John Smith Real Estate Group.
The homes, by Conoy Builders LLC, have attractive stone and siding exteriors and come with a host of standard features, including hardwood flooring in the great room and kitchen, hardwood stairs, tile bathroom flooring, granite countertops, higher vanities, 2-by-6 construction, poured concrete basement walls, tilt-in low-E glass windows, 6-inch baseboards and ½-inch casing molding.
Now in its second phase, Conoy Crossing will have a total of 102 homes when complete. A number of homes are move-in-ready now, including the model at 315 Masonic Drive.
An entry on this year’s Parade of Homes, the model won awards for best interior design, best landscaping and best decorated, as well as honorable mention for townhome, bath and kitchen.
The three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home features a great room with vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace and tall windows that let in plenty of natural light.
The kitchen includes level 3 granite countertops, an island with bar seating and a dining area accented by high wainscoting. Beyond the kitchen, a 12-by-13-foot sunroom addition opens to a rear deck.
Like all homes in Conoy Crossing, the model features a spacious first-floor master suite with private bath and two walk-in closets with built-in shelves and multiple tiers of rods to make the most of wardrobe space.
The second floor includes two additional bedrooms and a full bath, as well as a loft area that overlooks the great room below. Suitable for a multitude of uses, from office to recreation space, the loft area is large enough to accommodate a sectional sofa, TV and more.
At 2,200 square feet, the model home, an end unit, is priced at $269,900. Base prices for homes in the community are $259,900 for end units and $219,900 for interior units. All units have two-car garages.
Currently, there are two end units, including the model, and four interior units move-in ready in Conoy Crossing. There are also a total of 18 lots still available in the recently opened phase 2B of the community, a private cul de sac bordering woods.
Buyers who want to build can choose from three different floor plans.
Conoy Crossing has public water and sewer, and natural gas heat. A homeowner’s association fee of $90 per month covers mowing, snow removal and mulching.
The model home is open from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays.
