New floor plans, designs at Keystone’s Worthington

New home sites available in second phase of Manheim Township smart-growth community

There are many reasons to love Worthington at Township Square, Keystone Custom Homes’ smart-growth community straddling Oregon Pike, just north of Lancaster City.
A live/work/play community, Worthington features a heavy dose of the three Rs: residential, retail and recreational space.
Whether you’re looking for a spacious and stately single-family home or a luxury loft-style apartment, you’ll find it here — all in a walkable community featuring everything from restaurants to hair salons.
In addition to retail/commercial space, the west side of the community has open space, fountains, grilling areas, and trails that connect to the 70-acre Landis Woods.
Worthington’s east side includes open park space, a gazebo and a walking trail that connects to nearby Nitrauer Elementary School.
“There is so much to love at Worthington. Its traditional community feel paired with recreational and retail opportunities makes it the perfect community to call home,” said Ben Rutt, Director of Marketing for Keystone.
And now Worthington has one more thing to love — a second phase with 23 additional home sites on the east side of the neighborhood. Although 12 of those sites are already under contract, the remaining 11 include several walk-out sites and some that back up to mature trees and farmland views.
Buyers can choose from eight floor plans in Worthington, three of which have first-floor Owner’s Suites. That includes two new floor plans: the Winston and the Hartford.
One way to explore all the possibilities for your new home at Worthington is by visiting the designer model home at 562 Brookshire Drive, on the east side of Route 272.
The home, Keystone’s popular Manchester floor plan in the European-inspired English Cottage elevation, has board-and-batten siding and shutters and decorative stone archways.
The spacious foyer features a shiplap ceiling, globe-pendant lighting, and 5-foot-high ornamental trim and molding that flows seamlessly into the formal dining room.
The Garden Kitchen, a new design feature, includes floor-to-ceiling cabinetry with down-lit glass fronts, honed-leather granite countertops, a mosaic-tile backsplash, butler’s pantry and an oversized designer island, the perfect focal point for family gatherings. There is also a sunny breakfast area with walk-out bay window.
An all-season sitting room leads to a spacious wood panel-covered patio featuring a two-sided fireplace shared with the two-story great room.
Upstairs, the spacious Owner’s Suite features a double-door entry, triple-transom window and shiplap wall. French doors lead to a luxurious Venetian Bath with freestanding tub, tile shower with full body spray system, private water closet, comfort-height double-bowl vanity and granite countertops. There is also a large walk-in closet with deluxe shelving.
The upstairs includes three additional bedrooms — two with walk-in closets — a family bath and laundry.
The Manchester also has a finished basement with full kitchenette and bath.
Floor plan sizes in Worthington range from 1,776 to over 3,000 square feet. Homes start in the low $290s.
Keystone is currently offering 17 percent off its base prices until April 30.
Worthington is located in the Manheim Township School District. The model home is open from noon to 6 p.m. Sunday, 1 to 6 p.m. Monday, 10:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Thursday and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Friday and Saturday.
