Landmark community in Denver offers stately homes, large lots, scenic views
Hawk Valley Estates, Landmark Homes’ new single-home community in Denver, is the perfect choice for those who love open space, both inside and out.
Inside, the stately homes range in size from 2,200 to nearly 4,200 square feet, with 14 floor plans that embrace open space — whether it’s a two-story foyer or a combined kitchen, breakfast area and great room that creates a family gathering space.
Outside, the community offers lots of a half-acre or more among preserved natural space, yet conveniently located just minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Currently in its first phase, Hawk Valley Estates sits on what was once the front nine of Hawk Valley Golf Course. For the time being, Hawk Valley remains an operating nine-hole course.
Hawk Valley Estates will have 160 homes when complete. There are 22 lots remaining in the first phase. Prices start in the low $300s.
Those planning to build can choose one- or two-story floor plans with several options for first-floor owner’s suites. For a host of design ideas, buyers can visit the Sullivan model home.
One of Landmark’s newer floor plans, the Sullivan model features a second-floor loft overlooking a two-story great room, a cozy hearth room, and two mid-level rooms: a flex room/study with cathedral ceiling between the first and second floors and a similar bonus room between the first floor and basement.
Buyers who prefer a move-in-ready home currently have three options at Hawk Valley Estates:
The Westbrooke, at 110 East Valley Road, Denver, features four bedrooms, including a first-floor owner’s suite. The open floor plan features a grand two-story foyer and a two-story great room that includes a gas fireplace with stone surround and raised hearth.
