EGStoltzfus debuts two new homes this weekend in community’s grand re-opening

Barons Ridge may be in its final phase, but there is plenty new to see in this single-family home community on the outskirts of Manheim.
Two brand-new homes — a new model and a recently completed quick-delivery home — will be the highlight of a grand re-opening today from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Barons Ridge is presented by award-winning new home builder EGStoltzfus. The company, which builds single-family homes, carriage homes and townhomes throughout southcentral Pennsylvania, is celebrating its 50th anniversary this year.
Thanks to its prime location and wide variety of customizable floor plans, Barons Ridge has attracted a mix of residents, from young families to retired couples.
Located off White Oak Road, Barons Ridge overlooks Manheim Central Middle School and is connected to the school campus by a walking trail. The terrain naturally staggers the height of the homes and affords scenic countryside views.
