Lititz Bend: Estate-style homes in prime location

Garman neighborhood offers new floor plans with many upscale features included

When Garman Builders planned their new Lititz Bend community, it wasn’t enough to pick an ideal location. They designed an entirely new series of homes to go with it.
The result is a neighborhood of estate-style homes surrounded by farmland and spectacular views, yet just minutes from the shops, restaurants and attractions in downtown Lititz.
Located near Route 501 in Warwick Township, Lititz Bend offers low-maintenance lots ranging in size from one-third acre to just under one acre.
Buyers currently can choose from six floor plans in Garman’s brand-new Estate Series, ranging from 3,043 to 4,083 square feet — all built with Garman’s exceptional workmanship, attention to detail and customer service.
Since 1972, Garman’s hallmarks of quality, beautiful design and expert finishes have been evident in every home they build, whether it’s a first home or a complex custom project. Garman makes it easy to customize the home of your dreams. Their designers enjoy developing personal relationships with their clients, from the first meeting, through the construction process and up to the final move-in.
What distinguishes the new Estate Series in Lititz Bend is not merely the size of the homes, but the breadth of included features and available options.
Among the included features are granite countertops, larger islands, plenty of windows for natural light, and hardwood flooring in the foyer, kitchen and breakfast area.
Most homes have 10-foot ceilings on the first floor, 9-foot ceilings on the second floor and 8-foot-high doors, for more of an open feel.
Buyers in Lititz Bend can also choose from a more expansive selection of flooring and cabinetry, as well as custom trim packages, such as the farmhouse trim showcased in the Abigail model home. The Abigail also has extra-wide exterior trim running along the eaves.
Other customer choices include sliding barn doors, interior stone walls, quartz countertops, designer tiles and popular Garman trim details, including ladder transoms and wainscoting.
Add to that the neighborhood’s prime location — it’s also just down the road from UPMC Pinnacle Lititz – and it all combines to make Lititz Bend the coolest address in America’s Coolest Small Town.
Lititz Bend will include 70 single-family homes when complete.
There are 42 homes planned in the community’s first phase. Some back up to open space and others can accommodate walk-out basements.
Prices start in the low $500s.
