New carriage homes make their debut at Landis Farm

Phase 3 of EGStoltzfus neighborhood in East Hempfield now open

Since debuting its Landis Farm community in 2016, EGStoltzfus has seen an increasing demand for its popular carriage homes, which offer open floor plans and the latest design trends — all in convenient one-story living.
Buyers interested in the carriage homes in this East Hempfield Township community will have one final opportunity with the opening of Phase 3 — a total of 22 carriage home sites, five of which have already been spoken for.
Landis Farm is a mix of single-family and carriage homes on a scenic 65 acres that includes walking trails near Swarr Run stream, picnic areas, seating benches and open community space with a pavilion.
Beyond its own amenities, Landis Farm offers easy access to routes 283 and 30, and it’s in close proximity to Spooky Nook Sports complex, Park City Center, the Shoppes at Belmont, the Crossings at Conestoga Creek, downtown Lancaster and more.
Along with Landis Farm’s new carriage home phase, EGStoltzfus has unveiled two new carriage home plans — the two-bedroom, two-bath Caraway and the three-bedroom, two-bath Saffron. Both offer one-story living and the ability to customize with an additional bedroom or larger office/den. Landis Farm also offers a two-story carriage home option — the Tarragon.
For those who want to move in quicker — and take advantage of Phase 2 pricing — a few homes still remain in Landis Farm’s second phase. Ready-now options include the Coriander II, a two-bedroom, two-bath carriage home, and the Cambridge, a single-family home with four bedrooms and three and a half baths.
Another carriage home is currently under construction in Phase 2. The Coriander I, the community’s most popular floor plan, includes a basement and covered porch. The home can still be customized and is scheduled to be move-in ready in three to four months. It is priced at $336,850.
When complete, Landis Farm will have a total of 99 single-family homes and 50 carriage homes. Prices start in the upper $300s for single-family homes and the lower $300s for carriage homes.
Landis Farm is located in the Hempfield School District.
