Open space inside and out at Hawk Valley Estates

Landmark community in Denver features half-acre lots, open floor plans

If a spacious home on a generous half-acre lot surrounded by scenic open spaces sounds appealing, then this is the perfect time to visit Hawk Valley Estates in Denver.
From noon to 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, visitors can tour the move-in ready Wesley model home and explore this single-family home community by Landmark Homes that offers the tranquility of a country setting in a convenient location just minutes from the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
Currently in its first phase, Hawk Valley Estates is the perfect choice for those who love open space.
Inside, the stately homes range in size from just over 1,800 to nearly 4,200 square feet, with 15 floor plans that embrace open space — whether it’s a two-story foyer or a combined kitchen, breakfast area and great room that creates a family gathering space. There are a number of one-story options, as well as two-story plans with first-floor owner’s suites.
Outside, the community offers lot sizes of at least one-half acre situated among preserved natural space.
Hawk Valley Estates will have 160 homes when complete. There are 16 lots remaining in the first phase. Prices start in the low $300s.
Buyers who prefer a move-in-ready home currently have two options at Hawk Valley Estates:

The first floor also includes a flex room and a dining room with Craftsman-style wainscoting and tray ceiling.
The three-car garage has extra storage and entry to a mudroom with built-in desk and lockers.
