Barons Ridge in Manheim nearing end of final phase

Only 15 lots, 2 ready-now homes remain in popular EGStoltzfus neighborhood

With its scenic views and convenient location, the Barons Ridge neighborhood by award-winning builder EGStoltzfus is a popular place to call home.
So popular, in fact, that only 15 lots remain in the final phase of this community off White Oak Road, just north of Manheim.
Now that spring has arrived, it’s the perfect time to plan a new home in Barons Ridge. Or, choose one of several ready-now options that can have you enjoying the many benefits of living in this neighborhood as early as summer.
Barons Ridge overlooks Manheim Central Middle School and is connected to the school campus by a walking trail. The terrain naturally staggers the height of the homes, creating those sweeping countryside views.
The neighborhood is not only close to the center of Manheim and the nearby Manheim Shopping Center, but it’s also an easy drive to Lititz.
The variety of floor plans in Barons Ridge, ranging in size from about 1,600 to 2,500 square feet, has attracted a great mix of residents, from first-time homebuyers and young families to retired couples.
Barons Ridge currently offers 12 floor plans, including the Harrison, with a first-floor master bedroom, and the new single-story Clearwater, featuring three bedrooms, two baths and a total of 1,675 square feet of living space.
Home prices start in the mid-$200s.
Like all EGStoltzfus neighborhoods, Barons Ridge offers buyers a wide range of design options to fully personalize their new home.
“Buyers who build with us love that they can choose from many included design features,” says Craig Smoot, New Home Sales Specialist for EGStoltzfus. “They’re not limited by a small list of options. In the end, they get a truly personalized space that reflects their style and complements the way they want to live in their new home.”
Buyers who want a new home without the wait, can choose from two ready-now options:
The Riley, at 701 Hamaker Road, Manheim, is the current model home/sales center for the community. The home has four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths and features a covered front porch, open floor plan, painted kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, and a large master bedroom suite.
At 2,384 square feet, the Riley is priced at $321,985. An incentive is available when the buyer uses the builder’s preferred lender and title company.
The Dalton, at 433 Charles Drive, Manheim, is currently under construction, so the buyer still has time to select the finishing touches. In addition to four bedrooms and two-and-a-half baths, the home features a covered front porch, spacious floor plan, open foyer design with balcony, a large family room and a walk-out basement.
At 2,380 square feet, the Dalton is priced at $366,820.
Barons Ridge is in the Manheim Central School District. The model home, at 701 Hamaker Drive, is open from noon to 5 p.m. Sundays.
